Sherwood has a cute program that they do for all rising Kindergarteners called KinderCamp. It gives them the opportunity to get used to their teachers, their classrooms and their new friends.  Cassie had a great time and can't wait to hit the books again tomorrow! As we suspected, she is the smallest in the group.  Luckily, what she lacks in size, she makes up for with her might! This year's "theme" was Teddy Bear Camp..hence all the kids with their teddy bears.

Unbelievable that today was the last day of school. The year flew by and next year, we'll have all three of them at the same school. That's a first and something we're very much looking forward to.  Sherwood has Eagle Eye News every morning and the kids take turns doing various jobs.. anchor, weather, trivia, etc.  Sydney was chosed to close out the year as the co-anchor and did a smashing job. Again, I tell you.. she'll be our actress no doubt about it. Sydney anchors Eagle Eye News

I can't tell you how sad I am… my BABY is going to be in Kindergarten next year!! I remember when Mackenzie went to Kindergarten.. I cried. I was okay with Sydney, but man.. knowing your baby is moving up is brutal!  She did such a great job.. big difference from the Christmas show where she just clammed up. She was singing and dancing and having a grand time.  Sadie, Jen and Mom came out for the grand evening… we just wish all the rest of our family had been there!
