We discovered a yummy little secret last year here in Winston. Every Father's Day weekend they have a big Rib Fest in downtown. Twin City Rib Fest is a great way to try some mighty fine ribs and be entertained as well. Last year, it was just Steve, Cassie and myself, but this year, we all went. Believe me.. no one left hungry or disappointed. My personal favorite this year was Mr. Brookstone's and how lucky are we that they just happen to be based here in Winston??
Kristen Daukas and her husband are the parents of three teen and tween daughters.
